Yeah, just from normal use. The real bummer is CCS no longer supports that machine--no parts or motor available so I'm told. If anyone has a Conquerer motor or knows of where parts could be found please let me know.

Also, if anyone has a good OP machine for sale please notify me soon.

Mikey, I don't know who made it.

Thanks, Richard. I wonder if CCS still supports that machine and if they do I wonder for how long. I expected this purchase to last a lifetime like most rotary machines.

I'm about to take mine apart for maintenance and new paint. Will check on the motor. Looks like a leeson, should have an equivalent available.

I'd be willing to bet Clark will know how to repair that unit.

Of course, it's anybody's guess why you'd want to ...

Jeremy told me he had Clark refurbish 2-of his units a couple of months ago. He said Clark did a fantastic job on them. He said they look like brand new, so he can do them. But he drove them down to him and waited for them.

If you ship them I'd buy insurance and pack it well. :p

Who else are you thanking? I am the only one who has given you any information related to the topic. Surely you aren't thanking Taco!

Umm, Steve, a rotary is NOT the same thing as an OP which may be why they do not last as long.
Clarke can fix most anything - he has a warehouse full of vintage machinery.
Oh and I have a good used OP if all else fails.
