There is a locate subdivision that has a lot of spiral stairs like those.

Nope, Doc.....1/4 inch. I stopped using 3/8's from back in the Steamway daze. Still have cleaners around here that insist on 3/8's..

Now THAT'S nice. Not too many really high end homes around here. The most expensive around here is the guy who owns "Bowflex". Built a $30 million paradise here. 30 here would probably be 80 mil out there.
