They maintain it with encap and capture along with several portables. What I am doning is just what they mess up. 40, 000 sq foot coming up in 2 weeks.

That part sucks but they also forget about you for 5 years.

That part is pretty cool, everything is incremental with that crew.
Just blend in .... for 10 years!

No help needed, this one im taking nice and slow, its top dollar and there is no reason to scare them.

60 feet at a pull, nice slow pass. All this carpet is less than a year old.

Good for you ron. they already have half the job cleaned all you have to do is rinse it out with lots of hot water. how often will you be repeating the cleaning? at least every six months, now that would be a super money maker. Especially if you dual wand.

the carpet looks brand new.
