On what percentage of jobs do you bust out the RJE?

Which RJE do you use?

Under what conditions do you prefer your RJE to a seperate scrub and wand?

Do you use your RJE when you have a helper?

Much obliged.

Don't own one at this point. From what I observe watching videos from other very talented members and paying attention to how my jobs look in comparison, it seems our two step process with 175 pre scrub and then extraction puts our jobs close to those of members with RJEs. Of course it takes longer than simply spraying and grabbing the RJE.

If I had a RJE I "think" I'd use it just about every job.

It feels like about 20% but at times we use them on 3 out of four or five on some days
Which RJE do you use?
HOSS and 360XL
Under what conditions do you prefer your RJE to a seperate scrub and wand?
deeply embedded soil, especially sandy soil

Do you use your RJE when you have a helper?
absolutely.

a must have on every truck IMO, if you are a true Pro.

The first time you pull out a rotary and try it on an impacted traffic lane that wouldn't budge, and it looks so much better. You'll feel bad for not having one. And you'll pull it out on the bad ones. Kinda like prescrubbing with a 175. Sometime it's night and day. Sometimes not. Overkill for every job. IMO.
Lots of guys have rotaries that do cruddy work. So I would not say it is a must have. A 175 is a must have. A rotary is just a nice tool to have if you can.

Since I got the new Rotovac 360i Quad at Mikefest, I probably bring it in 9 out of 10 jobs. Much more often than I ever brought in my original twin head Rotovac. Of course my market is high end residential who pay me twice as much as most cleaners in my area.

My RotoVac comes into @ 80% of my residential clients homes. Many times I clean bedrooms with a wand but in all the high traffic areas, I use the RotoVac.

I've never used it on commercial carpet. I'm afraid it would be painfully slow and that's what my Cimex is for.

Its not bad on commercial. It bites in a little harder that residential so its work, but it also flushes so well its worth using when the situation calls for it.

All.

360i quad.

Strong dry crb w/ gray or black brushes watches it in case it needs serious help or major prevac.

Zipper will replace 360i in the near future.

should of taken befores on this one as they thought they had to replace the carpet. i believe many kids might have contributed to the mess, but with cobbs powermax some dwell time and the hoss made quick work of about 1200 soft in about 1.5 including the stairs which were very matted down and flat. took a bit long because cleaned by my self which doesn't happen too often.

you should of seen the ball of cat hair i pulled out of that house.
