I 'm finding a shitload of postcard templates geared towards residential customers, but none to specifically target commercial businesses, retail, offices, etc.

Any leads on good templates targeting commercial cleaning?

Maybe incorporating cubicles, commercial furniture, waiting room stuffs, ect.?

Not letters........POSTCARDS.

As far as I know you can not EDDM to business address only.

Yea, your right, no option for business only, but I am primarily trying to target a few huge office complexes very close to me, that I should be able to isolate using the individual route selector.

This was designed as a handout flyer, our marketing girl dropped them at Doctors offices along with note pads. You can easily make an EDDM out of it just by cutting down the images.

Great one!

Like how you matched up the waiting room and gave it to doctors. :headbang:

Thanks!

It did ok, nothing to jump up and down about, we got a brief bit of business from it. If we do it again I'll put an expiration date on it. Maybe make an bakers dozen offer or something like that, focusing on "Free cleaning" ?????

Frank, here is the fabric panel flyer we did.

Was thinking if they bought 2x year or more then you would include chairs for "free" in waiting room 1x.
