Hi,
I just did a cleaning job in a high end home. The carpet was some type of berber, woven in a pattern. The customer had the brochure for it and they did not write what the carpet was made of, but they recommended HWE to clean it, which is what I did. As soon as I put down my prespray ( Esteam Suspend free) the carpet started getting wavy. My machine is an older hydramaster CDS so it's not super hot. I had that happen one other time but it was a different type of carpet and the waves disappeared once the carpet was dry.
Do I need to be concerned here?Could this be a bad install job that needs a restretch or did I make some type of mistake that I'm not aware of?
