Is everyone else seeing the banner ad for Rotovacs' oxy enzyme? Has anyone tried it? When I called to order it months ago they didn't know what I was talking about and sent me another product for $35 plus shipping. It's been flashing up there for months and haven't heard anyone else talk about it.

I swear by the stuff. Best all around pre-spray that I have ever used.

Works equally well on carpet or grout lines.

You do have to mix it HOT.

I had gotten the offer when it was first advertised, 100 including shipping. The price has changed several times since they started running the banner.

Oxy-Enzyme is one of our most popular products for carpet and tile and grout prespray. Almost every cleaner I have talked to who uses it absolutely LOVES it. It has an oxygen booster for oxidizing the stains and an enzyme which breaks down compounds such as oil, protein, etc. Multiple enzymes (broad spectrum) are used in oxy enzyme to break down virtually all of the food based product, oil or carbon that stains carpet. Oxy works exceptionally well on tile especially for problem grout, it works great on carpet for all of the same reasons.
