Two out of three ain't badSapphire, Hydramaster and Cleanco seem to know what they are doing.
I was just telling Mel how awesome the Cleanco has PROVEN to be.
I was pretty unfamiliar with the brand when I bought it 2 years ago but heard some good things about it's reliability. We run very lean and mean and don't have time to mess around with a wonky machine.
It's been SO easy to deal with.
This is our busiest time of year. I am cleaning A LOT of apartments and college housing for move outs this time of year.
I think I have 50+ jobs to complete with it over the next week or so. Yes, 50.
I'm confident I will plow through without an issue.
I will only be considering direct drive when it's time for another.
Cleanco, Butler, and Sapphire would be the only 3 places I'd look.
Yeah Mike. Me in the Cleanco.
Total shift from normal operations. Almost all apartments. Last week in July is prepay only. Mel lines them up and I knock them down. Wand only. What's a dry stroke? Powermax prespray with limited spotting to fulfill the students (ISU) lease.
Let's go!
There are literally thousands of students who move during the last week in July. In the 4 years we have serviced this market, I have yet to return to an apartment or issue a refund. Many students tell me it's cleaner than when they moved in.Can the kids or landlord call to complain about wicking or remaining spots or odors or buttwads still in the corners?
If she is a woman and I have every reason to believe she is.Access is another non issue due to Mel's work on the front end. I've trained her well ;-)
Mel threatens them within an inch of their life, to vacuum. We charge them extra for it and it's become a non issue. I do edge with my vac hose, when necessary.
Next week, almost every job has prepaid. We guarantee a day but NOT a time. They are urged to leave the door open because we won't wait or issue a refund. We have to do it this way for scheduling purposes. We try to take the most efficient route and sometimes book multiple units in the same building.
If she is a woman and I have every reason to believe she is.
It's the other way around, Russ.
Unless, of course, you're still on the honey moon.
In that case. Enjoy.
It won't last long
Yes. It's a 14" hybrid GreenglideAre you using a glided wand on these jobs?
