Here's a few pic's of cleaning in progress a chinese restaurant I did using procyon extrean at about 5 oz per gal as a pre spray.
scrubbed the with a 300rpm rotary using a burnishing pad then followed with a damp micro pad.

No Nate not this time it was a standard dual speed rotary.

This is a small restaurant, about 700 sq ft. used about 8 pads.

Dang!

Which pads?
Used a beige burnishing pad and micro's from directmopsales that have the scrub strips, although I don't think the scrub strips are aggressive enough to make a difference over the solid blue micro pads.

Wow Jeff, great results.

I think of Procyon as a "mild" cleaner, not something for greasy Chinese restaurant.

When I spoke to them about Extreme they were adamant to only mix at 2 oz.

Are the Beige pads that you use just regular plastic pads, or do they have hog's hair?

Is that a microfiber pad that you finished with to remove the soil load ? Please elaborate which pad. Great looking work.

WoW!, Thats amazing Jeff! Thank you for the photo. Procyon is the #1 detergent free cleaning product. From encapsulation, portables, pre-sprays to TM's. There is no smoke and mirrors here. Just a cleaner safer environment! This has been my dream to find people like all of you who want the power and performance in one product plus all the health and safety issues that all our products cover. I will say Procyon is not for everyone, but is is for people who care about wanting to clean with one thing in mind. Helping to protect human health and the environment we live in. "It is your health!" As most of you know about breathing all the fumes from the toxic cleaning products that also absorb into your skin attacking your health everyday. Thank you all for supporting a safer way to a healthier environment and believing in a product that works.

Thank you for the photo it is awesome and thank you all for all the great words you shared.

Yes I followed the burnishing pad with a microfiber to remove the soil, the microfiber worked but cotton would have been better.

The label in the pic clearly say's " for home use ". How dare you use it in commercial.
Was that a period or a comma?

Under those conditions, appx. how many square feet did you get from 1 side of a MF pad?

It's hard to say, the micro's are gray so they don't show much soil.
The carpeted area was only about 700sq ft. so I probably did about 100 sq ft with one bonnet.
The carpet actually looked really good with just the pre scrub but the micro's did brighten the carpet up a little more.
I've cleaned this restaurant with just about every method and you never get all the grease out so I get out what I can and make it look good.

I would kind of like to see what it would look like with HWE... see if there is a difference or if it stays cleaner longer.

Would be interesting to try/see.

Before I started cleaning the restaurant the owner always had it cleaned every 1 or 2 months by a guy that used a truckmoun.
When I started cleaning the restaurant I used my orbital and it cleaned up great, the owned said it looked better and stayed clean longer than the other cleaner.
I've cleaned it with my truckmount before and it looked great but it didn't look any better or stay clean any longer.
