Hey all,

Does anyone have a good source for blue styrofoam heavy duty blocks? My current supplier, Midwest Plastics, has doubled the size of their shipping box and it's just too big for us to handle and store.

Thanks,
Steve

My local supplier.....well local as they get for being 3 plus hours away....

Is an Interlink supplier, but I think they have blocks done for them that are yellow, and they are a bit stiffer and ridge....better than the blue blocks ....

They are in Minneapolis, MN area

www.Barker-Hammer.com

That is what we have and do prefer those...box is 1.5 foot x 1.5 foot x 3 foot I would guess

Then you come back a year later and the side table is still precariously balanced on them. Only now, a tiffany lamp and family pictures are on the table.

The problem with Blue Blocks is the shipping. I HATE BLUE BLOCKS. HATE HATE HATE. In case you didn't hear that I said I HATE THEM. They take up a whole shelf of storage that equals about $30 in total GROSS not net income. I Hate them. Shipping cost at least half and sometimes more then half the cost of the blocks because of the dimensional weight. If you can get them local that's your best bet but if not just don't get sticker shock when you see a $20 charge for shipping on a 5lb box that has a retail value of $35 Oh and did I mention I hate blue blocks?
