Service/Price Lists

Price lists have finally arrived on iPhone and Android! Once you have set up all of your job service capabilities and prices on the web portal, a drop down of your offered services will appear when you access your job line items on your mobile device.

When adding a new job, find your customer, and click on the 'Service' tab to show the line item description and unit price/quantity options (pictured above). When you select the 'Description' tab, a new screen will appear with all of your enabled services and corresponding prices.

This amazing feature will save you loads of time by allowing you to quickly select job capabilities with the push of a button instead of having to go back and forth cross-referencing your price lists.

Auto-Populating Addresses

When adding a new customer from the home screen, once you get to the 'Address' field, a new screen will appear allowing you to enter a customer address. Once you begin typing, matching certified addresses will start populating underneath the search bar. Find the exact address you were typing and select it to confirm. The address will be added in its entirety to that customer profile.

This feature will help you save time by not having to type complete addresses manually and will also allow you to verify that the address is accurate and certified.

Email and Postcard Commercial Customer Check Box
When creating email and postcard campaigns on the web portal, you now have the option to send your recurring emails/postcards to commercial customers by simply checking a box. You can find the box right above the customer tag selection option in the 'Rule' tab of ongoing email/postcard campaigns.
