Are these cheap hoses?

I took a magnet to the fitting and it stuck to the magnet.

I don't know what freeze damage looks like on a braided high pressure hose.

Machine is only a year and a half old with 97 hours on it. I will say it was operated by a young person who had no idea what they was doing.

Did it burst open anywhere? Looks more like rub damage than freeze.

Prochem used through that fabric sleeve over them to reduce rub

damage.

Definitely looks like burst from inside out, as i look at it longer.

Just dont understand why the crimps are steel, this is why I thought they were cheap.

While the braided hose looks like a great hose on first appearance, there is just plastic tubing inside. Not too much better than any other hose.
