So here is the update on attendance for September 26th.

I have 2 more spots left and then we will go to a waiting list.

I got instructions from the staff this morning that 56 is our max.

Seriously If you want some time with top company leaders, the chance to ask how it is really done and get some free advice here is your chance.

We are making progress I think we have 10 completed water losses, another 14 losses are getting close to the end. I'll see where we stand at the end of the week.

By far the best marketing is word of mouth. You need to do better work. Prevacuuming (which I don't do) is a waste of your time and the customer's money. You need a rotary extractor. Set yourself apart. Don't be mediocre. I don't finish a job until it's perfect. I get calls for far more work than I can process because I'm booked out weeks ahead and I don't do any advertising.
That is just some unsolicited marketing information that you don't want from me. But I hope to meet you at this mini-Mikeyfest, and I intend to glean some incite into how a highly organized and successful business is run. God knows, I need to get myself organized.
