Nice.. the interface with the mobile 2 was in much need of an update and one of my biggest dislikes wit this software.. Kudos to service monster for coming out with a functional app interface.

Is service monster creating any API to other software?

I need software that can manage call logs.. lets me know call times, record calls, notes, call back alerts, and other reports with that feature. Also bring up the customers account automatically when the customer calls.

Also looking at having my email incorporated with my CRM so emails can be tagged with that account.. so when it's brought up, all correspondence will be shown.

Is an online scheduler or customer surveys or gps tracking or facebook link through crm coming out with a new update?

We have an amazing API that's available to all Enterprise clients.

Screen pop will be a SM6 feature but you'll need a phone system that can launch web pages from an inbound call.

Also SM6 call flows will be greatly improved.

We have SMTP services un the marketplace for tighter email integration.

Social media is a big part if SM6, you already have a few online scheduling options in the marketplace, and GPS will be fed back to SM from the new App.

Thanks! I'm so excited. But Mobile3, as powerful as it is, is an "app" compared to SM6. Q2-2016 Like whoa...

Suggestion Box for SM 6 desktop:

Please consider the possibility of uploading all updated customer data into quickbooks

I used SM for quite a while before I realized that updates to the customer information was not being uploaded into quickbooks. If my customer moved or changed / added addresses or phone numbers this information stops at SM and now I have many nearly impossible to track errors in my QB customer database.

I'll make sure David takes a look at this in SM5 as we are retooling QB import to include QB online. Due before Thanksgiving.
