A little about myself, I went to East Carolina University in Greenville NC. I got my degree in Business Management. I have played the last 4 years in the NFL. I played with Redskins, Raiders and Chargers. I am currently a free agent. I started up Cleaning Maid EZ in February of this year. Up to this point I have been providing janitorial and maid services. I have just brought an Everest 650 with E-idle, it is currently being installed in chevy extended cab. Im targeting commercial accts for immediate cash flow such as big churches, restaurants and daycares. I will get into residential by E.D.D.M. targeting very specific neighberhoods.
So Im trying to figure out how to structure my sales pay scale. I have heard that if you put them on salary, they won't be motivated to go out and make any sales. Therefore, I want to do pure commission, but nobody is going to want that position. I really want to find something that works so I can find and keep good sales people.
Im thinking about doing straight commission. Do you think 15% of 1st month of contract and 5% every month there after for the life of the contract is a good enough incentive?
What are you guys doing? What have you heard that works for other people?
I have learned a lot from the discussions up here, this website is AWSOME!!!
Thanks for all your help!!
