Service monster problem

My poor wife does my quickbooks after I enter data into sm. She also works so she doesn't do it very often. She is just now catching up on june,july and august and we have found a customer whos input is transferring over to qbs under a different name. Just a last name that is not a current customer. We can't figure out what the heck is going on. Has anyone else seen problems like this with SM?

I don't get a nap during the day so I'm pretty tired after cleaning carpet and rugs all day then coming home to an acre of yard, garden and fruit trees to care for. Not to mention I'm the primary house cleaner here too.
