Lucky to get a decent cleaner for my daughter

This past Friday night my daughter’s bedroom apartment was flooded when she got home. The apartment upstairs had a leak and they weren’t home. As usual, the complex sent the maintenance guy over with a shop vac and a fan - did nothing else.

I called the mgr. on Monday morning and asked what they planned to do about the apartment. She said they had taken care of it and when the cleaners come back out she would have them clean my daughters room. Well, Ms. Mgr. I’m not your average parent when it comes to this particular subject. Needless to say we came to an understanding. However, the cleaner didn’t get there until Wednesday - today at 4:30. My daughter asked him to call before he started to work. He is a O\O, uses a CRB and has a devestor wand! We talked shop for a good while. He is looking into the Zipper. Told him to get off TMF and get his hind end to Mikey’s Board. I was just shocked that he’s got a CRB! I wasn’t expecting that from an apartment cleaner.

I’m headed to College Station this weekend to put the Aggie ring on my daughter and I plan to meet up with him.

Adios

Sounds like a good guy. You know how apartments are though, they will only allow you to do so much.

Once you put that ring on and all that jazz.....congratulations.

Do, however, understand that just like at Chavez's, all these tools are strictly to look at and admire. They come not to enhance but instead of workmanship.

A good O/O is: Sweaty, has one tool (usually held together with duck tape,) preferably do not speak English or limits it to grunts and chest thumping. Now that, right there, is the true sign that you're in good hands.

From everything that you've described so far, I'd be very careful :winky:

Did you read my comment?
Nothing.
I am a big fan.

That is why it's so essential to add an email signature:

Well, let’s just say this. I was expecting a low end cleaner and that’s not what I got. I was pleasantly surprised.

Well I must say I don't try to be. A man needs food, water and the love of a good woman.

Hell, one can always eat & drink later... :winky:
