First snow of the year and we get 15 flipping inches! Shoveled three times last night...

Getting 3-6" more today... Thank goodness the wife gave me a three day weekend(birthday) or this would suck. I've even got some credit cards I need to run from the week, sooooo we're making money toady(kinda)... Coming up roses so far. Going to take out the little guy and do some doughnuts later in the 4x4. He loves it!

How about you guys? Anyone else get dumped on?

OMG! :eekk:

We had some strong wind and cold blow through but just a little rain. No snow.
I need to go buy a small Honda, Snapper or Toro snowblower that I can throw in the back now that I don't have a pickup for the big one's.

We got hit pretty good too. I think they were calling for 7-9" but not sure exactly what fell.

Trying to muster the motivation to go dig out the driveway and deck in the back.

We are leaving for Steamboat, CO really early in the morning for Thanksgiving. My brother said they've gotten over 60" so far this season.

Gonna be epic!

Excited to see how well the Sequoia does in the snow too!

Unfortunately we're headed out to a wedding in an hour... Otherwise we'd be going to the beach. It is so nice and warm today too.

Them Ohio-michigan-iowa types have awesome basements and affordable houses.

unfortunately we have snow coming on Tuesday

My kids are suppose to come out for Tofurky,

I fear them may wimp out.

they've never seen, let alone driven in snow.

Backyard view today.
Yep! My house was $150,00 on 1 acre with a blueberry patch, large garden and many fruit trees. It would easily be $1 million in Cali. Full finished basement with 3 beds and baths. Only 2" of snow today but down to 8 degrees by morning. Chavez, you need a plow.

You must pay a service to do your lot. Why don't you get a plow for the shop, take the pay for that and use it at home.

I got about 14" at home but only had 3-4 inches at the office.

Mike, snow showers are just light flurries. Usually no real accumulation.

BTW this is a pretty cool place called The Strand. Check it out. Some homes for $15-20 million. The likes of Clint Eastwood and others have built here.
