BURLINGTON, WA — Legend Brands will hold a free webinar, “Get Smart with Winter Structural Drying Problems,” on Tuesday December 8 at 3 p.m. Eastern/ noon Pacific, according to a press release.

The webinar, which will be led by 13-year restoration industry veteran and Legend Brands Director of Restoration Products John Otero, will offer best practices for structural drying on difficult winter job sites. The presentation will include tips for major water loss, fire and smoke or mold remediation work in which furnaces are out, as well as recommended heat applications for winter work.

Otero also will discuss solutions for drying hardwood, concrete and plaster under winter conditions, in addition to pros and cons of using desiccants during these months.

All who attend will be placed into a drawing for a Velo airmover, which Legend Brands will raffle off during the webinar. The company also reports those in attendance will be the first to hear a special announcement.

“Be ready to tackle any drying job this winter,” the company says. “This one-hour webinar will save you MANY hours of drying time and frustration over the next few months.”
