Keep in mind these two residential pictures were during cleaning. I was running late and forgot to take an after pic. The homeowner was watching me clean and had no idea the carpet was so dirty! He thought the carpet was supposed to be that muddy looking color..lol. Once I cleaned and groomed it, it looked brand new! He was so happy!

Prochem Ultrapak boosted with Flex and then rinsed with Chemspec Formula 90 for this one. I charge her $175 to do this bedroom and adjoining bath area. It takes 150 feet of hose. About 400 square feet in the room but I clean less going around furniture. Takes a good 1 1/2 hours and a lot of water.

I've never used the prochem stuff, but flex should be all you need....is it possible you are leaving too much residue in the carpet and that's why it is resoiling so fast? If it were me, I would try something different, maybe just flex with Chemspec Optimal rinse? And see if it still gets that dirty that fast.

Rinses are stupid in general... Do you use a rinse when you launder your clothes??

It doesn't matter what you prespray with as long as you rinse it all out. This is the first container of the formula 90 I have used. It is a longtime product and I got a special deal so gave a 50 pounder a try. Almost used up now. No other issues with resoiling elsewhere.

Actually I have cleaned this persons carpet for 30 years with different products, so doubt it is the rinse agents. More likely the large dog laying around (like Mikey's video suggests) and going in and out of the house, among other traffic. She likes white carpet anyway.
