This is always a good thing, once in a while i measure something i get for the correct weight.
The black friday deal on flex power came. They are supposed to have a weight of 6.5 lbs. Guess this is just another christmas bonus. I even weighed a 10lb weight i have to make sure the scale is right, and it was dead on. Thank you interlink for the extra .7 lbs of product.

Cool I will measure the cases I got and see how much extra we got.

I will say both cases were pretty busted upon delivery.

You welcome... All of you with extra product.

I guess that's where the money goes from the assfook I received yesterday from Interlink...

Pressure not building up enough and water amount is lower than normal...I'm thinking it's the regulator/unloader.
Service: no that's definitely the cat pump seals!
Ok I said... 200bucks plus two hour labor...whatever I had a free afternoon anyways, let's do it.

"Oopsie it still didn't fix the issue. Now let's replace all 6 check valves in the cat pump."

Ok I said, without knowing what the cost will be....

"Oopsie still didn't fix the issue "

Now after multiple fittings and hoses etc. I will still need to order a regulator... And they charged me over 780bucks already. Regulator and labor will come on top of this...

Thanks Interlink, I have seen new cat pumps for that much...

It may change the day Mike sells TCS, but right now they are really good at NOT DOING THAT TO ME when I have a repair issue.

And if they won't screw ME, they won't screw ANYBODY.

Exactly... That's what I'm saying. .

I like the service guys there but it is outrages. I guess we should have tested the pump first before taking it apart to see if that really is the problem and not just go right into replacing parts.

Seems like a simple misdiagnosis that cost you pretty good money and time.

Maybe they can do something for you juice wise to help soften the blow.

Thank you interlink for the extra .7 lbs of product.

I bet it's the weight of the container throwing your numbers off.

I think a deep discount is in order for there mis diagnosis.

I went through same thing 4 months ago except I only bought seals. Installed myself. Dwyer meter. All chem feed hoses replaced.

Pump from TCS fixed me right up.

I replaced the pump seal 1000 hours ago. Bought the kit for 150 and did it in about 2 hours.

But I want to support the service and they always ask us to buy things locally so I figured, even with a $200 seal kit plus labor, it's ok. At least I support them.
I just think they should have started with disconnecting hoses off the pump and hook it up directly, to see what it does.

I know the check valves were worn too but maybe they were still ok...it's too late now...we'll wait for the regulator, plus labor (with plenty of KY in the glove box)

Oh well...live and learn...right?

there is no way the container weights .7 of a pound. that's like drinking half a 20 oz pepsi and saying that plastic container weights what's left.

You don't think a plastic container that carries chemicals and a lid can weigh 11 ounces?

You are probably right, they just want YOU to have extra....

We just have to measure an empty. But a guess would be the jug would weigh in at 5 ounces or less.

I just weighed an empty container, it didn't even measure on the scale, which measures in 1/10th of a pound increments.
