That was a lot of fun in Clearwater. First time I met some of you guys in person. I'd like to make it clear I didn't threaten Bob about not rescuing a dog. I think Saiger was pretty upset though.

Hi everybody. My name is Jake, I started working for Big Jim with On the Spot out here in California a couple of months ago and am new to the cleaning industry, and just signed up for MB a few days ago. I was at the Experience in Vegas this September and had a chance to meet several people there who are on here. It was a great way to learn and get a crash course in the equipment we use so I wanted to say thank you to everyone I talked to. I'm looking forward to all of the things I can learn from everyone on MB in the future. Thanks everyone, that's all I have for now.

I just now looked into this thread. You may have run across my daughter and son in law. Their carpet cleaning business is Foothills Steam Way out of Placerville.

Anyway welcome to the board. Lots of old timers that can be tough on newbies, but they know their stuff better on this board than any other.
