No they don't, but you can spec it out with one. Just make sure it is a tough good and well made or it will collapse under the 16" of vacuum.
Repeated flexing will eventually cause failure is why I believe they don't come like that.

Jig saw with new fine tooth blades.
I did make a gasket out of a very large rubber inter-tube.
