As for that balance thing by the way.....I'm thinking about dropping my evening account. I don't know how I can keep going with it and still be able to do everything else. But it is my bread and butter through the winter so I have to find something to replace it with during the days.
I don't want to do something stupid and dangerous out of desperation though. Ugh.....
Speaking of, I have to go clean one right now.Truly feeling overwhelmed right now.

Hmmmm........I never considered that. It would have to be right before or at opening but that might work. I could bring in fans to speed dry the tile, which, thanks to amazing suction is damn near dry when I leave anyway and with the Zipper the carpet is almost completely dry as well.Depending upon the type of business, it may be possible to do day cleaning. This is becoming more common in many office buildings. A quiet vacuum cleaner, stay out of the way of customers, clean during daytime hours. Especially since they know and trust you, they might be receptive to this.

And they carry their own insurance as well. It's definitely not a bad idea, but first I am going to talk to the district manager about having the option of doing them in the mornings instead. It would not mess my day up at all to do it that way.Kellie a sub works for you. They are your "employee" I would even have them wear one of your uniforms and ask if they have a plain white van no lettering they can use. Lots of guys don't have lettering because they do a lot of sub work. Not sure about your area but if they do sub work they wont be surprised by asking/telling them they are representing your company.
