I have the 13 inch and love it. It's perfect for my machine. And I have 7.5 flow.

I have the 15 inch. The 13 might be easier in homes but I have not used it.

I have both but now almost always use the 15". If you clean smaller homes the 13" will work better. It is easier to maneuver. We use the zipper for everything that you would normally use a wand for. One exception is a deep sculpted rug, gotta have the wand for that. We move a lot of furniture when we clean but if you clean around the wand will work better.

I clocked in just over 120000 sqft (measured and billed) with the 15incher.... But I think I'd like the smaller better.

I guess I'm not insecure...

No, you suffer from big man's syndrome... It's the whole grass is greener..........

The movie "Big" with Tom Hanks was actually your life story....

Some machines cannot really handle or run a 15 inch as well (smaller blower, less heat, kind of hose runs people are running)

If running long hose runs all the time with a smaller TM, a 13 inch would be better....

If running a portable, a 13 inch COULD work.....

I now picked up a 13 inch from Erik so I can help to show others the benefits of the Zipper and let them try it to see if it is a good purchase and fit for them and their company.

I grabbed 3 set of glides and also 3 sets of different jets....

I think the 13 inch is a great tool also....

I do run the 15 inch units with our Butlers (high heat and non high heat units in our family and friends) but some people really should have a 13 inch vs the 15.

Sorry haven't responded quicker...been on the road all week....
