I have never found this up here in Canada. I'm excited to finally use the power of Fels. It better not disappoint. Lol

Take some blue painter tape and wrap it up. Just peel off a small area. I carry mine in my pocket and it keeps it clean and off your hands. Just remember, it's soap, Any residue will cause resoiling. To bad they removed the pert.

Enjoy.
It sure beats all the various hardwares that are relentlessly pushed daily on this board.
Good things come in small cheap packages :winky:

You can also use the fels to agitate solvents. When removing ink and nail polish I use the fels instead of a spatula for agitating, it also prevents spreading. When the spots gone I flush it out. Works great.

Russ, I generally use it on any sort of dark "mystery" spots. Works fantastic on filtration soiling, under doors/along walls.

I use it as I'm rinsing. If something doesn't come out with pre spray and rinsing, "the fels" is next.

What is it with Microfibers like that...
Iv'e never seen upholstery get soiled like that until this garbage fabric came out..

Either the open weave herculons and polys were letting those liquid spills through to never be seen again, or the furniture salesmen are over selling this stuff as stain proof and parents are letting their brats go hog wild..

You nailed it with the salesmen and customers letting the kids have at it.

We have been called in many times by a major furniture store we work with because customers are complaining that this crap material is not a easy to clean as the salesmen claimed. So we go in and save the day. I don't think it will be popular for much longer, although I thought that same thing 5 years ago lol...

No way that I know anything, but, I think it is because of the microfiber itself. Large quantity of small, microscopic( prob did not need to use both small and microscopic here! lol!) nooks and crannies that trap and hold soil. Microfiber cleaning towels? work the same way and for the same reason. Amazing how much they pick up huh.!
Then add to that , the fact that they are usually made of poly. an oil loving substance. Often need to resort to some kind of cleaner with solvents in it.

Sure..

But who the heck spills that many times on their furniture?

I guess it's sort of like why you only see the velvet poker playing dog painting in certain types of homes..

Trying to interpret some of your questions is like trying to figure out the lyrics to songs written by Genesis when Peter Gabriel was still the lead singer, or the devotional and philosophical subtexts of the Mahabharata

Do you mean where are they made? (Source of the crap they call furniture?)

Or, as referenced in your other comment:
But who the heck spills that many times on their furniture?
.... Was it a lifestyle question?

Help me with that, and I'll try to answer Mike.

Or was it simply rhetorical in nature?

I think @hogjowl has a "recipe" he uses for his fels. Involves grating it down and mixing it up in a spray bottle.

My apologies if that was not you, Marty. But, if it was, please share. Make a video of how you mix it up.

Since Mark has Saiger Sauce, we need a name for your brew....Marty Moonshine, Hogjowl Hooch, Pig Potion

Lol..
Ill be more succinct..
People who buy Microfiber Sofas are pigs.

Thank you Mike, that gets through to my literal, left brained skull much better.

I think this occurs when a low cost product that is also sold as an "easy care" product intersects with individuals who have little means to buy a better product and less means to have it cleaned.

When you then add a variety of offspring and pets to the mix, you get furniture that looks like the above picture.

Micro fiber towels anyone. It's why we switched because they absorb stains better. When my customers ask why it gets so dirt I ask I always point that little fact out. I always add peroxide when cleaning and flush with high flow. It drys so fast I'm always amazed. The new sapphire tool makes the job so much easier

Maybe it has something to do with being a pig with some people, but if you have kids (I have 7!) I'm betting my couches/chairs might have looked like that too if we had that type of fabric. And we're not pigs. Seriously we are not. At least I don't think so.:dejection:
