disappointed sums it up. I ran it side by side to my sx-12 and it was not even close to leaving the tile as dry. Cleans the same as far as I could tell. The handle is much heavier , enough to notice right away. I thought I would like the hose swivel but it causes the hose to swing forward and get in the way. The swivel will scratch a wall in tight quarters. You can't use you hand as a buffer because it's to hot. As long as I keep the holes clear on my sx-12 it leaves the tile much drier. When you pick up the turbo it leaves a huge chunk of water. On the sx-12 , slide it forward and back and its gone, doesn't work on the turbo. I did drill my sx vacuum holes out when I first got it so maybe that's the difference. I'll start by blocking off the patented vacuum relief and see if that helps. Not the first tool I've had to fix. with all the glowing reviews I'm shocked. You guys suck, unlike the turbo.
