We all know the answer..

Unless you don't and you think low prices, a giant truckmount or snazzy graphics will get you the desired clients that keep small companies profitable.

The next two MBwebinars will be focused on how crank up the volume with your southerly gentleman charm, which you darn well better have even if you live in San Francisco, if you don't want to spend all your profits on marketing to find a constant new supply of customers.
who wont be calling your boring ass self back...

Join Mark and I with Robert Pettyjohn and Jim Bardwell the next two weeks to learn how to charm your way to success.

The guy with mediocre equipment and a great attitude towards customer service will do fine. The guy with great equipment, chems and cleaning procedures but lacking somewhat in, ah, social skills can do OK as well.

Add the two together and add a dash of business knowledge and some marketing skills and there's no stopping that guy (or gal)!

The ability to speak(and not be an ass) is priceless.

The sooner into a job you can get the "stranger in my house feeling" gone the better the job will go. Put them at ease through "light" conversation and a giving attitude.

You really must be ably to "get along" with everyone.
