18 inch hoover conquest here for commercial.
I don't like to use a vacuum in residential because most homes have a pet and I sure don't want to suck up and blow out pissy crap filled carpet.

I use the 18" Royal. I like it. It's wide and VERY light and built to last. It looks pro too and plays well with my retro branding.

Mike's right about the 360i. Pre spray, then get the edges and bigger turds with suck hose. Then extract.
