I would normally walk away from a job like this. 3rd floor apartment in the ghetto (customer watched my truck for me), I only did it because I know the guy and he is in a really bad financial situation trying to hang in there.
2 big dogs that have been using the living room as a toilet after they chewed their way out of the kennel, and he couldn't afford new ones. He found a good home for the dogs and was left with this mess....

So, I poured Multiphase everywhere....let it dwell, and clawed it out....

Sprayed enzymes and flushed and agitated with the RV cringing the whole time about how long it was going to take us to clean and sanitize everything when done...
As we were rolling up I ran hot water from the TM and straight Milgo through the the hoses and the equipment and the outside of the hoses as well.
Just as we were finishing George called and said he needed to go to the ER. So I forgot to get an after, but the customer sent me one...not a very good one as I hadn't groomed the carpet and it's slightly blurry but....that Multiphase is freaking awesome. It did not smell at all when we left. At least not like anything bad!

Hard to tell from this pic but the carpet actually cleaned up very well! I used an enzyme from Chemspec with that Biosolve in it. First time using it. I'm very impressed with it.

Kellie, I thought you were getting pink shoelaces???

I love multiphase. My distributor started carrying it as a regular item because I had them order it one time!!
Did you use their UPT as well ?
What type of enzyme are you speaking of. Regular cleaning kind - or the live type for pee?

asking because I thought multiphase would limit the effectiveness of the live kind. ?
