Kirk's Second time using the Zipper SS Super Spinner....

First...it is an absolute blast just getting together with my brothers and cleaning and testing and using tools and chems....

We had a blast!

Kirk gives some insight on the new SS Super Spinner....

Also, on this carpet, we did about 600 square feet including a prevac, prespray, some agitation in key areas...and SS Super Spinner all pretty comfortable in about 30 minutes....

And, the carpet was just about dry to the touch where we started on the way out....

Thanks for taking a look...and enjoy the day as we really did :)

Does that leave circles in the carpet? I tried the RX-SX-CX 15 that hydraforce came out with on a commercial carpet at a movie theater and I was leaving a circle at the beginning of the stroke. I went back a week later for a couple of spots and I could still see them in certain areas.

What is the jetting on Super Spinner?

we have 85 degree angled jets in it and .01 jets....really kills it now with this and Erik has changed the lid to a little bit shorter so even more suction that what I am getting with this prototype lid....

New lid on way in coming week.

No crop circles because couple things....

better angle of the jets...and...the unit moves really smooth so doesn't get stuck in a spot to have chance to leave a crop circle and with forward and back cleaning action...very smooth....but big thing is the angle of the jets....

Have not had any issues at all with the unit for crop circles....

Just knocked out 12 home resort cabins yesterday all SS Super Spinner....love it!

Nice pics, with that and your Butler does it get dry to the touch in about 2 hrs?

This carpet was dry heading out the door where we started....I have the prototype lid...new lid is a bit shorter and gets better suction yet....

Mine is not quite as good as new lid but new jetting combo is awesome and I think the dry times will be great too..

I thought I had all the equipment that I needed to retire with in 30 years, maybe I will have to lookin into buying one. I am hoping to come up for a visit sometime this summer, I have a cousin getting married in Walker later in the summer, so I may come up a day early and you can extol the virtues of the zipper ss to me. (that is if everyone's schedules will work out)

That sounds like a great plan :)

You are only running a 4 flow on the spinner? Results look great, but why not at least an 8? Would the 8 create some issues?

At the PSI required to spin the Spinners that would end up being a lot of water. We are finding the current spray pattern and jetting to be one of the most effective so far in testing
