Strange call

the first thing he says after I answer is " you cleaned my carpets before and I think I over paid. " then he says " the work was really good ". I didn't say anything because I wasn't sure what he wanted. Maybe some money back. He booked us again. People are so strange.

The last time we cleaned him while next door. Somehow I didn't even enter the guy. He never did asked what I was going to charge him this time. I guess I'll get another call next time about how dang expensive I am.

Or... you cleaned our carpet 6 months ago and a stain reappeared a few weeks after the cleaning. Do we get that area cleaned for free?

Why didn't you call us a few weeks later and now calling 6 months later to tell me that? Ugh.

Yea me too. Man called to say I did the best job ever. Much better than the other companies so I asked when cleaned the last time I cleaned? Surprise he said 12 years ago. Wow not sure what I will be doing . He also said that I clean for most of his neighbors. O well another HAPPY customer it just took longer for him to realize it. The hard part is the older they get the less they remember. I m glad that at my young age 74 that I m as bright as gosh I don.t remember what I was talking about? jz.
