It's usually some crazy little thing that gets you... my experience anyway. Hope it's better by tomorrow.

You may be hurting yourself due to muscles being too tight !!
Look up piriformis syndrome and do the exercises. They way we (the wanders) rock back n forth for so many years may cause a super tight piriformis. One wrong move with a tight pm you could be hurtin for a bit !!

Yep, got me some of that...

I'll be outside in winter and literally slip 4 inches and kablamo, two weeks of sciatica pain.

My back used to "go out" frequently until I started using an inversion table a couple years ago to decompress my spine. Just a few seconds every day helps me.

Yeah your sciatic nerve runs thru the piriformis and the tighter it gets the sharper the pain. Exercises are very easy .. problem is if your muscles are not well lubricated with water then the memory will pull your muscle back into tightness which will also hurt.

Kinda like a beef jerky .. once a lean piece of meat gets dehydrated, it becomes very tight and tough to manuever .. so dont be a beef jerky .. drink up and stretch !!

Super tight piriformus will compress your waistline area .. the pm goes from your lower spine through the hip and onto your inner thighs .. the muscle's function is to throw your legs out in front of your body during the walking process.

Our continous rocking back n forth causes it to become super tight.

Threw mine out today while rebuilding my deck stairs today. About an hour into the job, with no heavy lifting or starining, I couldn't bend over to saw wood or do anything. I sat down and thought "oh F%$k! How am I gonna clean tomorrow?" Cleared up after 1/2 an hour. I was concerned that I wouldn't get the steps down.

They're done.

Ive got the ice between my shoulder blades now. Got arthritis there and I felt it coming on a couple days ago.

It effects my breathing and my heart.
