Pwned the newbs today!

Son gave bid to property manager! Told them to replace carpets! But if we cleaned it $350.

They hit it with 8 scoops power max boosted with oxy blaster, rinsed with liquid 90
10 crb 8 flow wand.

Jeremy : "Dad not even a rotary would help that carpet".

Got a call from property manager I now it needs replacing, but I've seen you work miracles before. He was hoping for better results.


So I went back and tried again.

Bought some Firestorm, Energy, and Pro Max extraction powder.

Pre sprayed firestorm boosted with energy and boosted the rinse with energy and broke out the 360i.

Hopefully they can rent it!

I deserve a raise.

Not perfect but better.

I think if you would have re hit it with powermax again with the rotary you would have similar results.

There is always going to be that high soil/oil level that a single Prespray can only reach so much before you need another application to completely remove the funk.

Yup like when you shampoo your hair (if you have any, if not so sorry lol) first rinse breaks the oils, second you really get a good clean.

Ya but 24 oz in a 5 to 1 sprayer is a lot of juice. 10-11 ph tops boosted to 12 ph with oxy blaster.

Firestorm is fricken 13ph plus energy it just screams kick ass!

Trust me I love powermax it's just not a sledge hammer. Like firestorm.

I always feel bad for the new renter moving into a place like that. Looking at carpet like that and the owner doesn't want to replace it just clean it.

Great job Sam with what you had to work with. I get these types of jobs often. I glad to see that you priced high enough to make something out of it. Too often, these guys want to pay the minimum and get the maximum results.

My son should've added an extra $100 for using the rotary. He really thought they were going to replace it.
