So what are you going to do with the last 6 weeks of 2016?

Just running some numbers for this year (Comparing)

and realized....we only have 6 weeks remaining of 2016...told Mikey that in a phone conversation this morning too....we are like....WOW...only 6 weeks remaining!

Our Minnesota weather has been really great, so it is catching me a bit of guard.

I am going to look at what I might need to purchase for parts, supplies, any extras...but I have done well again this year spending money on tools that have helped us to clean better...and been a benefit for tax situations.

How about any of you?

What's your last 6 week plan?

Any plans for next year?

New Items....new addition to your services being offered?

Services you are going to get rid of?

I think I am going to sell some items that I just don't use a lot (clean out the shop) and really dial in on my current services that make me the most profit.

It was a good year, we hit some really big jobs and were fairly consistently busy. We plan to keep pushing and hustling restoration work. Grow commercial carpet cleaning some more.

Recently new, we joined the TSN network of certified applicators for Steramist. Hired a salesman and plan to push an environmental services division in 2017.

A lot to look forward to in 2017...well, if I'm not deported. :winky:

Try to work as little as possible. I had enough of this year...

Ready for 2018 or whatever comes next.

Maybe I'm just a little burnt out....kind of tempted to start doing something else....

Anybody wants a rebuilt barely used El Diablo in a Ford E150 that has a brand new transmission?

I just might try a bit more in the prayer department; things are a little shakey here at present and forecast to go on for a few months

Quake Statistics

3 - 4 / 770 / 849 / 2483
4 - 5 / 281 / 299 / 973

Yeah-CA has been a challenge this year--
a lot of our customers have moved out or reduced cleaning frequency. Seem to have a lot of low-baller competitors, which may be illegally run or employed-- Maybe trump will take care of that. :stir:
Thinking about reducing area rug cleaning prices through automation-- most rugs we get are cheap tufed rugs and not worth proper cleaning..
But phone was very busy today..
Rice farming in Thailand is a waste of money for now-- but I learned/ worked a lot during this harvest.

Working on drastic down-sizing & doing more specialist work with less equipment & only working 4 days a week.

A move south is also on the cards, in which case, all current businesses will go.

Ten weeks off-work is also imminent.

After that, a hard decision will be made.
