Got an email that they are getting a new phone system to make their job easier.

Meantime, according to my Homepage Dashboard it's been since 5/5/16 since the non-mobile edition has gotten any updates.

Isn't part of our ongoing monthly fee that we pay to SM suppose to include regular updates/upgrades in between the BIG upgraded version that we've been promised for many months now?

I actually think I was told a year ago that a new version was being worked on and was on it's way at some point. Yet no word, no nothing.

Yeah, not sure why we needed to know about the phone upgrades, makes no difference to us.

Mobile 3 (The App) has been a slow burn of a disappointment over the past year, though it seems like it's getting close.

Just got to log in to SM 6 and it seems like it's a ways out from ready.

It's all good, I know when they're ready they'll be great, and I really don't have any major issues w/ the current versions.

Ha! Again, I was told that my monthly fee, that I without fail pay, would entitle me to regular updates to the program. There's been nothing since 5/5/16. Over the years I've suggested many things that could improve the program that could be incorporated in a update, not a full new version. New and better reports for example.

Papa - why are you even using SM? Wasn't index cards working fine for you the way it was?

LOL-- I remember the first time I used a computer to do my books vs the paper ledger method I was trained on--- The computer enabled me to screw up my books at a faster rate And in ways thought unimaginable.
