Glides....

is the glide on my wand supposed to extend a little past the end of the wand? The same as the wand, or slightly smaller?...

yes, that is your baseboard protector.

Do I not want to seal all but the ends.... Does this not give me air flow to carry the water away?

On my wand now, I sealed the glide using Gorilla Glue.. Did not seal the 2 ends.... Leaves a small gap on both sides. 1/16 inch by width of wand lips..... If I create a total seal, do I not max out h/g?

Most every wand on the market has a unique glide made for it, either by the wand manufacturer or Green Glides.


What wand do you have?
