The Orbot Vibe was impressive! I was going to buy a Dirt Dragon because of all the wood floors in Texas...not anymore.
The Orbot Vibe is a very versatile machine, easy to use and nice looking.

I do commercial janitorial, so I will do commercial carpet, fake wood floor cleaning, tile scrubbing on entryways, rubber floor cleaning with the Melanie pad at a tire shop, possibly cement cleaning of entryways.
They seem like some good guys who got in over their head. I think they will improve and adjust and it will definently make other manufacturers change the way they do things.

We've done a lot of jobs with Orbots doing all kinds of stone cleaning/polishing, wood floor cleaning, vinyl and vct cleaning and of course miles and miles of carpets.

They just have made some promises regarding ship dates and then failed to meet them. Kinda screwed me over. They used to use distributors, now they are trying to ship them themselves and it caused a bunch of delays. I wasn't trashing them.

I always get sick.. I'm sick again also... Most sore throats when I sleep with the fan on and breath throughout my mouth...

My immune system is low..

I'll be using my Orbot Vibe for commercial VLM cleanings... As of right now, I'll use my cimex and the pad it with a 175 to absorb some soil..

I have some brand new Terry pads ordered. I may take a stab at my laminate floors and see how well it works.

I got mine yesterday. Packaged really nice. Seems really well built. Simple and sturdy. It's my first op machine and I haven't had a chance to do anything big with it, but I did really quick do my laminate floor in my kitchen with just water and it did amazing. It was a mistake because now the wife will want me to do it more often. It ran super smooth and quiet. Easy to operate.
I have a large vlm job on Friday night that I will take some pictures or videos of.

On a real wood floor with a gloss finish just the slightest grit or other hard piece of debris can leave damage when just trying to "clean" it. I've seen 3 floors in the last couple years where the Realtor and/or the owner paid for a downstairs cleaning of the hardwood where it appeared that wheels left a dotted impression. My thoughts went to something solid stuck on the wheels. And scratches from possible the squeegee dragging some grit as well. The prep is possible the most important step in just trying to accomplish a cleaning on shiny wood. Vacuum the sh.. out of the floor and wipe/clean the hell out of what ever brush machine your using. On shiny wood, would it really matter if you're using the Bona Power Scrubber of the Dirt Dragon?; the risk is tremendous.

Good warnings. I vac, then use the CRB with the grain to dislodge all possible from the grain and seams.

In past I've used a 175 and it worked, but the CRB is better.
