Have a customer that wants all natural. That term is a slippery slope. Any advice on acailable products. Does Bridgepoint offer anything like that? I have "green" solutions like green balance and prochems axiom but don't think that's gonna fly with this one. Lol.

I'm not using it but I have noticed the Benefect products and their claims to being safe and natural.
I really don't know and I 'm sure someone here does but for what it's worth.

Had a lady who was a chemist insist on cleaning with water only .. I told her we didnt provide that kind of service .. and since she was sensitive I asked her if it would be ok to treat her dog yellow stains with Stain Zone but she declined. Then I see her post on Yelp 3 months later .. her comment was "Didnt clean well" .. I thought everything looked great except for the yellowing.

Oh and she was laying towels down on my after clean .. I suggested she not do that but she said she was just experimenting ..

Yep. Those red flags usually fly on my initial estimate appointment. Been there done that. Benefect my just be the ticket for me. Thanks. I'll try it.

Wifey says she was a monotoned direct to the point about scheduling an appointment .. all she could remember

Be frank; you cannot do a "proper cleaning" if they dictate how.

I almost did walk but I noticed how easy I thought it was going to be to clean and I was already there along with I thought I had pretty good control of the cleaning !!


I did give a good response to the Yelp review which she did not resopond to .. starting off with .......... Im sorry to hear 3 months after the cleaning that you were not happy blah blah blah ...

My all time best Red Flag given by a chemically sensitive customer during the inspection phase was:
"You Don't think I'm crazy do you?

Unfortunately I was new to know the Joy of walking away from a Job and she ended up suing me. :eekk: :lol:

Offer to use Procyon, if that doesn't fly, go get a box of 20 Mule Team Borax, and use that as your prespray...... If she still is hesitant, WALK AWAY, let Stanley take care of it...

Yuk. But your there so you dealt with it. I'm adverse to risk right now...once I get a little bit more momentum that will change...

Has your tolerance for idiots increased over time?
