Return rate on EDDM

Hey guys that are doing EDDM, I forgot the return rate on it was it 0.02 %? I'm trying to see results on Google but the numbers are everywhere for different types of business. I'm thinking about doing this again very small in my area to pick up some work close by. Thanks
