Just to be clear about my involvement with the Experience shows

Vendors and cleaners alike have been asking if I'll be participating in the upcoming Experience shows this year. My involvement outside with the truckmounts, the auctions and some classes, I've been told over and over, were the highlight of the show for many. Now after 5 shows joint ventures, two back east and 3 in Vegas, Larry Cooper and I are no longer doing business with one another.
I enjoyed my time working with "The Big Show" but it's time for me to focus on my Fests more and making my small, some one say "grass roots", shows even better.
My plans are to do two events a year with a summer/fall and a winter gathering.
Expect charitable cleanings, real user truckmounts instead of empty show trucks, demo cleanings at our venue and educational seminars lead by movers and shakers.
This coming October we'll be in Scottsdale AZ where we'll clean three more Ronald McDonald houses and have two additional days of demos and classes. Featuring Mark Saiger, Joel Riggs, Bryan Thomson, Ryan Kettering, the Amazing Adam Hale and many many more great speakers, vendors and cleaning superheros.
Stay very tuned...

If it is any comfort, I am not attending the Experience either.

Solidarity!

(of course I don't get to go to Fests either...)

I am on record somewhere in this massive forum board, that I never liked replacing the smaller MF's with the The Experience show venue. Not the same - now way! However, the MF area did improve the show by leaps and bounds for the cleaners attending. They will miss it. Their loss is our gain. Plus, it gets me out of Texas more often.

Maybe the IICRC would foot the bill? We might have to be on the board to get the free pass. I hear they've been doing it for years.

I've paid my dues for decades. I think it would be a nice perk! :winky:

Sorry I missed the recent MF in Clearwater. I hope that it comes around again soon and I can plan on being there.

So I guess I'm still sort of a Newbie on MB, but to be honest the whole agenda for MF was vague. Was part of the reason for me missing it.

When I go the Experience in Clearwater I really don't plan on it because it is so local. I just sorta drop in if I have time.

Wasn't too sure if I could have just done that at MF in Clearwater, or if I needed a ticket?

Yeah, talking to people who are owner/operators and who actually own the equipment is a big difference over just talking to a sales person/rep for the company.

You make it sound like you wouldn't come to a MF, or am I reading this wrong?
No offense intended but probably not. The expierence in Las Vegas has a better total package draw for me. Bring MF to Minneapolis and I am there; hell I will even help you plan it.

Correct, MB is a fluid event from beginning to end.

Just dropping in will leave you confused.

We should be back in Florida next year
