I've lost 5 lbs in the last three weeks.
Eating better/less and working outside more...when its not raining.

My gf's co-workers had a $50 buy in winner gets the pot.. 15 people entered, but the catch to make it equal is that you had to lose the most percentage of body fat.. So the slimmer people could actually have a chance.. She works in the Shipyard..
