It keeps popping into my mind how that could really work.

You'd have a powerful forced airstream coming into the carpet via a wand sort of thing.... And that would be also where the suction opening would extract the loosened particles.
It could work with two motors in one unit. The vacuum motor doesn't have to be very powerful since it'll be just collecting already loosened matter.

Power supply might be a questionable part of the equation...but I'm not very smart with electricity - and I'm man enough to admit it.


It could also be used as a speed drying step when needed.

So you want pressurized air shooting into the carpet while a vac motor pulls a higher volume of air under a dome so nothing escapes and just blows all over the room?
