Visually, it looks like good quality.

316 SS . . . the real key is the type of Teflon used in the seals.

This Parker is the champ:

Billy Lewis is using them for 2500 PSI pressure washing.

I find that the first thing to fail is the stop set for the lever. Brass typically fails before SS

These are the best Ball valves I have ever used. They are Gemels. Rated at 7250 psi . I haven't had one fail.
TMT puts these on their solution lines. So far I haven't been able to find replacements. If anyone sells these let me know.

I just replaced mine today. I would love to find something that lasts.

I am litterally too dumb to know if this is similar to what you are talking about...?

The Gemel valve I like because it is rated so high. It is larger. And It will eventually break the brass nipple if you bang it around. If you used stainless QC and fittings that won't happen. It's not a big deal if your machine only goes to 1200 psi. But if you can crank your machine up to 2500 psi and 260 degrees. It is rediculous to use a valve rated at 2000psi.

The one on the right is the valve you found.
It's a bad Dude. But way to clunky for a solution line.
Fortunately this valve was free.:biggrin:

I also think the valve you are currently using is high carbo steel and not stainless, more of a hydraulic valve.

Well that's cool. More than I've found.
I guess I could call The masters Touch. Not sure if they sell to non members.
