Because I sometimes push the envelope and use Pemberton cringing and unapproved chems and methods.
The secret is know how to correct problems if they happen.
And yes my buns tighten up when I do push the envelope-- It's not for everyone.
We got alot better which we ditched the Rulebook.

Pembertons class is great and everyone should take it.. use that knowledge for about 5-8 years.. then maybe push the envelope after years of experience if you wish to take the risk.

The problem with being the best is that people think I can do magic. 95 percent of the time I can cast a spell and make the stain disappear but those 5 percenters, you gotta know some voodoo.

There is a good company here in my area been here 35 yrs and always win as best cleaners and they are good. But they are the only ones that advertise in that mag. You know your good when the phone keeps ringing and the same people keep calling you back .When you can do over 500 jobs without problems- real problems not pretend problems then your a better than average carpet cleaner. jz.

I know because we were voted "best of" the past 6 years in a row.

And our feedback cards say it all. All 23 pages of them....http://burdickscleaning.com/testimonials/

And because we keep growing every year from repeat ans referral business.

And because we are the only company in PA to offer FPA (had to get that plug in).

(Long version for everyone but @hogjowl )

I voted for ya Meg.......axe Mikey !

Define "your town".

Around here there is no such thing as a "town". It's all built together...a lot of times I don't even know what city I'm in. You go from the mexican border to Oceanside. It's one continuous town...then there is a little break for Camp Pendleton and then from San Clemente to Malibu. You never leave town....
