We always have our "John doesn't want to count it. Sale" before thanksgiving. Making up specials on stuff no one wants always bothered me. I prefer to make each person their own "Black Friday/Cyber Monday" deals. lots took advantage and got what they wanted instead of what was on sale.

I am still open to putting together a year end sale. I would prefer to take less inventory into 2018.
