I live in a cotton mill town that has turned into a hippie commune. They don't clean their carpet. They just sit by the creek all day and listen to the trees.

I cleaned the neighbors on the other side and gave them a big discount, they are nice. I think the neighbor who hates me expected the same and was pissed but I still gave them a slight discount.

I also cleaned the neighbors to my north because I've been stealing their firewood. That's my three closest neighbors.

I think a Servpro rep lives a few more houses to the north, I see him drive by a LOT.

I do most of my work in a 12 mile radius. I work for neighbors all the time. It's been great actually. I don't offer discounts outside of a military discount. That makes in simpler in my opinion. Everyone pays the same price.

I live in a culdesac of 11 homes...
I get along with my neighbors..they are always knocking on my door and wanting me to either go over and fix something or borrow something......but I really have no desire to clean their carpets...most of them are to needy and they will have me over there every time they have a tiny little spot......
I just tell them that I cant do it and give them the number to a friend of mine and he takes care of it...
after living here for 13 years...they don't even bother to ask me anymore...

only a few...I have a mix of a little of everything ....

a single mature and her nympho daughter who is 35 and still lives with her mom...a retired preacher......a family of drunks who like to party a lot..( I always tell Tia..I can go party..get laid..and go ask for forgiveness and never leave the culdesac ).... few rentals that change all the time and some that have been here since the neighborhood was built in 93..
