I would think it would still draw but it cuts your pressure by 75% +/-.

If you're only starting with 90 psi you will probably only end up with a trickle.

Yes. What I want to do is prespray, then insert a rinsing agent inline. Maybe on occasion a deodorizer like SaigerCide.

on paper it seems that having residual acid rinse in your solution line would effect your pre spray but it never does

The sprayer would still draw at 90 PSI but the dilution rate would be greatly altered.

As Lee suggests, you could use a bucket to figure out the dilution. But I think each home and even the same home at different times of day is likely to have different pressure from the tap. So, even the bucket would not give a result that could always be counted on.

I never had problems using a hydroforce with my bane at low pressure. Just adjust your strength as you go. Some jobs I water it down more than others. Just keep your rinse steady untill you find the right balance then you can adjust that too.

I like to add my deodorizers to the prespray for dwell time instead of as a rinse. I tried the rinse way for a few years with different products but the only deodorizer I found that kinda works as a rinse is odorcide.
