Spray beyond the opening?

I finally used my with my EDIC spotter today, the metal lip was blocking the spray pattern of the internal jet but once removed it still hardly came out.

I suppose that why the opening is so wide?

You have to play with the vacuum brake or adjust the length of vac hose to get an even spray.

Yup, i have similiar...its vac adjustment if on handle. I open it for more spray and close it for dry passes...i rather use dry tool like your ss Upholstery tool..

The Pmf, if adjusted right, is great on water sensitive fabrics as you can adjust it so that the solution is barely touching the fabric. You have to play with it a bit to get it right. Having the clear head makes it easier.
