Monday it took me 3.5 hours to clean a sofa and two love seats, the rug I was working on and the bedroom.

I was too embarrassed to admit it, since all you heroes grind it out in minutes, but I can’t leave Marty on that island alone.

And Guthries makes better chicken than that multinational conglomerate.

I'm dealing with some real white trash that is trying to use me against the property management company. The entire 4 hours I was there the tenants followed me around complaining the entire time about the house and the landlord. The PM asked me to go over and clean and deodorize the place. I did it and even left my Ozone generator there because one of the rooms smelled like marijuana. Well, the tenant is still bitching and told the PM that I told her the carpet needs to be replaced. Ugh.... So tomorrow i'm going over there to get my ozone generator and then i'm going to fog the shit out of the room.

BTW, when I was done the carpet looked new and smelled great. This tenant is just trying to get out of the lease. I refuse to get pulled into the middle of this. I make no comments. I've learned from my past mistakes of talking with idiot tenants. Tomorrow should be exciting.

@Mikey P when mama helping me with prevaccing and everything, it was total of 4 or maybe 5 man hours. She really helped me out a lot.

Maybe I took so long because I was Snoopy Dancing after the house manager of a 110 million dollar (that cost 200 million to build) estate contacted me to come take care of their two granite kitchens.

Good luck Damon.. I hate cleaning for tenants especially when the complex or landlord is paying for it.

Can't tell you how many times a tenant has commented they wished the managment would clean their carpet. I think, because it's your home not theirs!

Crap! I cleaned a large "L" sectional , 3 cushion sofa, basement /stairs and three bedrooms up and threw in a top of a mattress and took 2 1/2 hours. And guess what? I didn't vacuum a damn thing!


And then went to KFC buffet!

At KFC they have delicious chicken , so succulent that it bursts in your mouth with flavor. Top that off with various sides like carrots and green beans. They have creamy potatoes and gravy yum! Cole slaw! peaches! and my favorite.............chocolate pudding! But I have to get there before 2 pm before they shut down. Did I say I get a senior discount? WIN WIN!

And while Marty was vacuuming for days I went home and took a nap!

I had 3 great grandkids jumping off the Dr table into my lap..
.each time I stretched the distance a little .....damn. we did that for over an hour......I was teaching them how to count before the jump......
